By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

MedFlow is an automated appointment management platform designed for med spa boutiques. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Automated appointment confirmation and reminder sequences
• Waitlist management and auto-fill capabilities
• No-show recovery and rebooking automation
• AI-powered receptionist and communication tools
• Lead capture and response automation
• Review request and client re-engagement tools

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from AnchorPoint Agency / MedFlow.

Consent

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt in to receive text messages by:

• Submitting a form on our website with the SMS consent checkbox selected
• Texting a keyword to our business number
• Verbally providing consent during a phone call
• Providing written consent in person or via email

Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of text messages:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

Opt-Out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. AnchorPoint Agency is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of AnchorPoint Agency and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AnchorPoint Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnchorPoint Agency, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
